His strong powerful vocals have put him on quite a few HOUSE records. But on „FEEL THE FIRE“ his vocals have given this a CLASSIC HOUSE, soul feel… the genuine thing. Though there is a fuller music arrangement on a 12″ single, this exclusive LP mix is the essential.

Original Liner Notes (BCM und DJ International Release)

House Sound of Chicago Vol.2 Cover back BCM Records
Cover back BCM Records

What is HOUSE MUSIC? It is the evolution of modern music. Soul and Gospel are its biggest influences, but Rock, Jazz, Pop, Blues and Dance all make a showing here.

HOUSE MUSIC like all other forms of music, is for dancing, but what sets it apart from everything else is that it is more out front. HOUSE gives people more of what they enjoy dancing to. It dominates your senses with its compelling beat, subtle melodies and soulful vocals. The music is hypnotic, raw and powerful.

Up from the underground the music was originally created be D.J.s and musicians for their own use but quickly got into the Hotmix/Mastermix shows (the only type of radio acceptance other than college stations.) There it received mass acceptance showing the widest demographics of any music. It appealed to all economic, age and race variables. HOUSE MUSIC is so diverse – there are so many types of HOUSE MUSIC that those who think it is only a passing fad would probably have said the same thing about ROCK & ROLL, or would have said that R&B MUSIC appeals only to blacks.
This is the most exciting music scene anywhere, hitting with the energy of the bomb in ENGLAND, GERMANY and all of EUROPE as well. It is music for all mankind because it’s TIME TO JACK!
